Fees are calculated transparently using the current IRS standard mileage rate. Choose one-way or round-trip delivery — payment is due prior to dispatch.

SAPS Legal retrieves certified and non-certified court records on your behalf from Mobile County, Baldwin County, and Escambia County (AL) courthouses. We handle the legwork so you don't have to — pulling case files, docket sheets, judgments, orders, and other public records from Circuit, District, and Probate courts. Our $45 service fee covers research, retrieval, and delivery of your records. Court-assessed copy fees (typically $0.25–$1.00/page) are billed at cost with no markup.
