We're the referees of legal cases. We ensure that the people we serve are notified of legal actions filed against them while at the same time, ensuring our clients are following the property procedures to do this. Although we're hired by clients, our position in the matter remains neutral.

You cannot serve legal documents related to a case that you are involved in. The service will be deemed invalid. This could potentially derail your case and take away any chance of the case being ruled in your favor. 

Although rates are transparent, each County has its own rate. Attempts to serve documents depends on the type of service you select, with the fastest being Same Day Service. The type of service only specifies when the first attempt will be made. There are many factors that may make the first attempt an unsuccessful attempt. 

SAPS Legal uses software that allows you to track the status of your documents. This tracking progress shows GPS location as well as the date and time any attempts were made. It also allows the exchange of notes, additional documents, pictures, and any additional instructions and information between you and SAPS Legal. This is also automatically sent to your email. 

SAPS Legal covers the entire state of Alabama. Each County and service type has a different rate.
