Understanding Service Timing and Attempts
The number of service attempts depends on the level of service you select, with Same Day Service offering the fastest response. However, the service type only determines when the first attempt will be made—not whether it will be successful.
Many factors can affect the outcome of that first attempt, including availability, location access, and subject behavior. That’s why SAPS Legal includes up to four attempts per assignment to maximize the chance of successful service.
